How to join

Click on the [Sign Up] link and complete the form in order to create your account.

Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership privileges such as discounts and reward credits.

Also, it saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order

since you can securely save your information.

How to order

Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Allow

If the goods returned arrive at the place of return within thirty (30) days,

  - Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.
  - Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  - Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
  - Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition.

    Shoe box fees are charged or the return may be rejected when footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box, or without the original shoe box.

  - Final Sale items may not be returned.
  - Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  - If you choose to ship your return via a different carrier, please secure the package and ship to RETURN ADDRESS.

  - Return must be requested through E-MAIL( within ten(10)days after the receipt of the goods.

Exchange Policy
  The company shall not provide exchange services. If you want to exchange goods, you should return the prior goods and reorder new goods.


The conditions of goods are to be checked, and then the refunds are to be given within seven (7) business days. 

In the event that the goods returned do not confirm to the company’s return policy, the company may request a customer to pay shipping costs and related costs. When returns are processed,

a notice will be send to the e-mail registered with a customer’s account.  It may take additional time according to the credit card company or bank used by the customer.

All returns should be shipped to the same city of the country where orders are placed.
